I’m almost embarrassed to post this as a recipe – it’s that simple!
Super Simple Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
1/2 c White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter of your choice)
2-3 TBSP (heaping) cocoa powder (I used raw cocoa powder)
2 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash salt
Combine everything in a small bowl. Mixture should be crumbly. If it’s not dry enough, add more cocoa powder. Form mixture into small balls and store in the freezer. My batch made 8 medium sized balls.
The flavor is a very dark chocolate, but neither the chocolate nor the peanut butter overpowers the other.

Easy is good! But the photo with the bite out of it says everything we need to know…
Ha ha. Thanks, Annie. These were great to have in the freezer for a grab and go bite of sweetness.
Where do you buy white chocolate peanut butter? I’ve never heard of it but my husby will love it.
Brooke: The brand I buy is by All Natural Peanut Butter & Company (www.ilovepeanutbutter.com). I find it at my local Kroger, and even our local WalMart carries it (cheaper there). You can also buy it online, of course. Do know, however, it contains evaporated cane sugar. I try to stay away from refined sugars, but one in a while I make an exception 😉
I could go for some of these delicious chocolate balls right now! Thank you so much for sharing your great recipe on Allergy-Free Wednesdays! Be sure to check back next week for recipe highlights (including the top 3 reader choice submissions and hostess favorites).
Be Well!
Super Delish! I’ll be making some of these tonight when I finish work, for a scrummy Sunday Night treat. Hooray – thanks for sharing. xoxo
Awesome! I’m making a batch tomorrow for a work friend who missed out on the batch I made around Easter. I might be more excited than she is 😉
Taste testing is the key – to ensure they are suitable for your friend… LOL
Yummy! Those taste amazing!
Thanks! I make them all the time 😉
