Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Smoothie

1 c non-dairy milk

1/3 – 1/2 c oats (one serving according to product)

1 frozen banana, chunked (peel and chunk bananas before freezing)

1 serving protein powder (I use unflavored)

1 TBSP chia seeds (flax would work too)

1+ tsp vanilla

1+ TBSP cinnamon (or to taste)

1-2 TBSP raisins (1 mini box)

In a high-powered blender, add loose ingredients first: protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Then add remaining ingredients: raisins, non-dairy milk, and banana. Blend until smooth.
