1 c non-dairy milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 apple, cored and chopped (I leave the skin on)
1 frozen banana, chunked
1/4 c oats OR 2 TBSP flax meal OR 1 scoop protein powder & 1 TBSP chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP cinnamon
Combine everything in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
